A Letter Regarding Telemedx
Dear Valued Customers-
We have had the great pleasure in serving our customers for nearly 40 years, and are excited to announce the expansion of Telemedx into a new corporate office in Dallas, TX. Alliance acquired TMX in 2015, and have been working diligently to expand the services offered to our hospital accounts and designing next generation digital EEG equipment. Bringing TMX to the home office will allow us to commit more resources to these projects, and enhance our customer service effort.
Last month, Alliance acquired a cloud-based EEG software platform that will accelerate the development of digital EEG equipment to our hospital accounts. As you know, digital equipment has been very expensive to purchase, but our mission is to make it accessible to everyone by developing pricing models that are economical in today’s changing reimbursement environment.
We are proud to have TMX as part of the Alliance Family of Companies, and it plays a significant role in the company’s future. Alliance has over 500 employees working to provide the highest level of service to our customers and we look forward to our continued partnership with each facility.
